Our Puppet Master Team Building in JB is a unique coordination-based challenge where teams work together to move a shared platform or object by holding handles connected around it. Every participant controls only one point of contact, so the platform can only move smoothly when the whole team stays aligned.
The activity requires steady pace, clear communication, sensitivity to others’ movements, and precise teamwork. Teams must guide the platform through stations, navigate around simple obstacles, or place items accurately onto targets.
Because everyone holds a different point, each person must adjust their movement to match the group. This creates a powerful lesson in team awareness, rhythm, patience, and non-verbal collaboration.
